Permanent Contract | ?14.72 per hour | Weekly Pay
Location: Edinburgh, Loanhead

Shift Pattern:

• Backshift: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Times: 14:00 - 23:30 (incl. 30 minutes unpaid break)
• Weekly Pay
• Hours per week: 36 | 4 Backshifts a week
• Days off: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
• Full Training Provided

McQueen's Dairies is an established and expanding family dairy in the UK, with a proven track record of continued growth. Trading since 1995, our aim is to update the traditional doorstep delivery, bringing value and great service to our customers. We are currently recruiting for a Stores person to join the team at our Edinburgh depot.

The role:

• You will be working within our cold stores department (refrigerator)
• Maintain accurate stock levels
• Maintain good housekeeping within the warehouse and yard area
• Physical dispatch, receipt and internal movement of stock in a safe and efficient manner
• Receiving goods and visual inspection
• Focus on upholding work standards
• Focus and knowledge of health and safety
• Stock control
• Participate in improvement activities within the Stores

Required experience:

• Reliable, dependable & trustworthy
• Keen, enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Good numeracy, literary & practical skills
• Self-motivated & able to work within specific timescales
• Excellent communication skills, critical thinking and the ability to plan own work efficiently
• Ability to follow procedures and execute tasks in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Able to work on your own as well as part of a team
• Good organisation skills
